What are the payment options?

Payment can be through bank transfer or cash if meeting for face to face sessions.
Payment for all 6 weeks is expected before the course begins.

What is involved in the sessions?

Session 1- STOP
Explores what anxiety is, provides techniques to control emotions and an introduction to emotional regulation.
Session 2- TALK
Provides a pathway and a toolkit to begin breaking fears and begin ladder building to combat fear,
Session 3- IMAGINE
Gives individuals tools to help to moderate their own behaviours and strategies to cope with anxiety.
Session 4- LISTEN
Explore self-regulation and guided meditation with encouragement to continue at home.
Session 5- LEARN
Enables individuals to understand themselves better and how to reframe negative thought processes.
Session 6- CELEBRATE
Summary of all that has been learnt and students are presented with a completion certificate and encouraged to continue with the practices learnt.

Do I need to bring anything?

You will be provided with the mind hack journal so will need a pen to fill it in.
Also maybe a drink to hand.
An open mind and a willingness to learn and practice the techniques that are offered.

Where will the sessions be held?

The sessions will be held in a variety of settings, schools and local centres or online through zoom,

How much does it cost?

The mind hack journal costs £15 and the workshop is £60 for the full six week course for the children's course.
The mind hack journal is £18 for the journal and £75 for the full six week adult  course.
Individual prices are negotiable.
payment is expected upfront for the full 6 week sessions.
